Payments can be made using:
Visa, Master Card, American Express, personal check, money order, cashiers check, or bank transfer. Orders via personal check require a 5-day holding period to ensure funds are available. If purchase is made with a credit card, shipment will be made only to the billing address on the card.
International orders: Please email for more detailed information.
Shipping
Normal shipping is free of charge, but special arrangements for Fed Ex, UPS, International shipments, ect., may have additional charges. U.S. purchases will be shipped via USPS registered, insured, return receipt mail, which must be signed for.
Returns policy
Items, which are ordered from existing inventory, can be returned up to 7 days from date received for a full refund, less shipping costs. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Refunds or credit card credits will be made after receipt of the piece in original condition.
Items returned between 7 and 30 days from date received, will receive a store credit towards another purchase.
After 30 days, from date received, no returns will be accepted.
If there ever is a need to return an item please do not send anything back without first contacting me for a return authorization, this way I can be aware when an item is on its way back, for shipping security.
Guarantee
All my work is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. If there is a problem with the materials or workmanship I will fix the problem at no charge to you. All questions or concerns about your item must be communicated to me within seven days from date received. I will make all endeavors to satisfy you and fix any problem.
